Create an accountability group, where you get together with one or two other people frequently. Write down your goals together and check in with your 'accountability partners' once a week to see where you are with your goals. This helps keep the momentum going because you are reminded of your goals weekly and can get back on track weekly. The trick is to keep meeting!
