FOR OUR PLATINUM MEMBERS WE WILL BE CONTINUING THE CONVERSATION AT AN INTIMATE BREAKFAST WITH THE PANELISTS FROM THIS EVENT.

WE HAVE A FEW OPEN SEATS FOR OUR GENERAL MEMBERSHIP.

Sheryl Sandberg, author of ‘Lean In – Women, Work and The Will to Lead’ encourages more women to ‘Lean In’ to their careers, take on leadership roles, and negotiate raises and promotions. Anne Marie Slaughter, the first female director of policy planning at the State Department, states that no matter what well-meaning feminists might say, women can’t have it all with the way that America’s economy and society are structured. So where does that leave professional working mothers who have chosen to stay in the workforce by choice or necessity - leaning in or leaning out? How do we lean in or lean out, still have a career, balance family life, and negotiate what we need in business and the workplace? OMG presents ‘Professional Working Mothers Leaning In? – A Dialogue’.

We’ll discuss and learn what it means to lean in or lean out, discuss what it means to be ‘successful’ (What’s your definition?), how working women are balancing ‘doing it all’, and whether or not it is possible to ‘do it all’, ‘Sitting at the table’ (or not), effective negotiating techniques and tactics, and where we stand on the road to gender equality.

The panel will feature Lisa Gates, Co-founder of SheNegotiates.com, Anna Graves, Esq. - Partner - Pillsbury, Erica Moore-Burton, Esq. - Vice President of Relativity and Career Coach, and others!

New Additions: Stacey Gordon, MBA, Principal of The Gordon Group and Britt Andreatta, PhD - Author, Consultant & Certified Coach.

Come with your questions, opinions and stories and be a part of the dialogue!
